MACHINE APPLICATION:
The universal toolroom milling machine is designed for single-piece and small lot production of intricate parts, especially in tool-making workshops (i.e. the production of gauges, fixtures, jigs, dies and other components). A wide assortment of optional extras enables plane, inclined and circular surfaces to be milled, as well as drilling, slotting, grinding and all the operations of direct or indirect indexing. Almost any common materials can be economically worked on this machine. In basic execution the milling machine is equipped by length scales and dials. The feeds in alt directions are realized by ground trapezidal screws.
